I just got from our first critique group meeting.  There are five of us in the group and three of us showed up.  It was a very productive night and I learned a lot.  the story isn't as bad as I thought, but I knew there were things that needed to be fixed.  At least I thought some things did.  I was right on a few things and wrong on a few others.  So I feel better.  Thanks Michelle and Ben for the critiques.
